Ordering
General
There is a $25.00 minimum amount for orders that are picked up at our warehouse. If you would like us to deliver your product, the starting minimum amount is $50.00. Delivery charge depends on the area, order size and time constraints.
Payment
We accept payment by cash, check and all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. For established customers who meet our credit standards, we offer charge accounts. Please ask your representative for more information. We charge a $30 NSF fee for checks that are returned to us for any reason.
Shipping
We sell everything FOB CFW Warehouse. In addition to our own delivery vehicles, we have courier services. For deliveries outside the Austin area, we have great rates negotiated with UPS and FedEx, and we can use commercial airlines on a freight collect basis.
